Oana is a Notary Public and carries out her activity within the territory of Cluj-Napoca District Court. Like any other Notary Public in Romania, she is a member of UNNPR (National Union of Notaries Public from Romania).
With 20 years of experience in this activity, it was easy for her to notice ex propriis sensibus that this profession has been and continues to be subject to constant changes. These changes are merely a natural consequence of societal developments, a change in needs, regulations and, last but not least, technology.
Oana’s area of interest (as the years go by, perhaps even as a result of becoming a mother) also includes education, especially legal education, reckoning that a democratic society can only evolve in a healthy way if it is based on the knowledge and respect of rights and related obligations.
She believes that sharing professional experience, whether with pupils, law school students or trainee notaries, or with younger colleagues (notaries, lawyers, attorneys-at-law), is a noble obligation of today’s specialists, absolutely necessary for creating and developing tomorrow’s specialists.
